Our Approach
Minority Help collaborates with key community leaders, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, public libraries, private businesses, and strategic partners to ensure that our community engagement activities and culturally relevant resources effectively reach diverse groups within our community.
We adopt a participative approach to planning and designing sustainable cultural engagement programs for the local Brazilian-American community. This involves utilizing a variety of communication methods, information-sharing techniques, and engagement strategies to foster meaningful connections and promote active participation.
What’s coming?
Get ready for our upcoming free online Naturalization Information Session, scheduled for November 8, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This informative event is designed for permanent residents and anyone interested in the naturalization process. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about eligibility requirements, the naturalization test, and the rights and responsibilities that come with U.S. citizenship.
Minority Help has been actively sponsoring naturalization workshops and one-day community service events aimed at assisting lawful permanent residents in completing the Application for Naturalization (Form N-400). These initiatives bring together professionals and trained volunteers to provide guidance and support throughout the application process. We invite volunteers and local businesses to support these important community events by participating as sponsors.
